Our plant features high-capacity dyeing machines, which provide vibrant and consistent colors, while minimizing water and energy consumption. We utilize the highly accurate indanthrene package dyeing machine with fully automatic dyes and chemical dispensers (POZZI). Having dyeing capacity of 5.0 Tons/Day of yarn/package dyeing.

The woven greige fabric undergoes dyeing in MSC Soft Flow machines with fully automatic dyes and chemical dispensers (POZZI). This stage includes bleaching, dyeing, and with excellent absorbency and softness. Having fabric dyeing capacity of 6.5 Tons/Day of terry towels.

The dyed fabric goes through the tumble-drying machine for the drying and softening process, resulting in vibrant, softness of fabric. 

For uniformity, the length and width of the towels are set to predetermined dimensions. which provides better uniformity with high speed as machine has 4 chambers.

We have installed advanced air-jet looms that ensure precise weaving, resulting in superior fabric quality. These looms are known for their speed and ability to handle a variety of yarns. catering to the diverse needs of our customers. Having Weaving capacity of 4.0 Tons/Day of terry towels.

Exact cutting is assured even with the maximum cutting speed. The exclusive fabric guidance system, the permanent electronic activation of the blades as well as the particularly sensible cut control enable a perfect symbiosis of peak performance and precision. Having 7 cutting heads has capacity of 36.0 meter/minute for terry towels.

Centering of the fabric web, trimming of the edges, forming of the hem, sewing and plaiting down. Takes over the complete longitudinal processing procedure for customer's needs. Rapid and reliable. Having stitching Capacity of 16.0 meter/minute/machine X 3 Nos. in length terry towels.

Alignment of the fabric webs, cross cutting, fitting with multiple labels/RFID's, hemming and sewing at breathtaking speed. takes over the complete cross hemming processing procedure. Reliable and fully automatic. Having stitching Capacity of 9.0 Tons/Day in the width of terry towels.

Cross folding, longitudinal folding, package-based stacking for the final products ready-for-dispatch for terry towels, dishtowels, napkins 35pcs/minute capacity and getting packed in fully automatically on packing machines with polybag packing like 1Pc to 10Pc/polybag.
